Shapiro began his career in the mailroom of 2000 at UTA. In the assistant years working in the talent department, he was promoted to talent agent in 2003. After 7 years as an agent, Jason realized his heart was in management to focus on the personal and entrepreneur side of representation. He has been a partner with Silver Lining Entertainment for the last 3 years since joining the company in 2011.
